-sausage (usually use Cajun), brussel sprouts, small potatoes cubed toss in oil and seasonings bake on cookie sheet all together until potatoes are tender

- chicken parm bake, rotisserie chicken diced up add cooked noodles, two jars sauce, any cheeses, top with breadcrumbs optional . Bake until cheese melts
- Bag of frozen tortellini, Cooked. Add cucumbers tomatoes chopped -Add any protein (pepperoni, salami, chicken, bacon) - squirt of Mayo, squirt of lemon juice salt pepper (or a little Italian dressing)
-Buy frozen garlic breads. Split in Half add pizza sauce cheese and toppings, bake with normal directions
 
If they want to make mug brownies all they need is
6 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oil (whichever they prefer)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix ingredients in a mug
Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes, top with whatever your heart desires and enjoy
I know upfront some of the ingredients are relatively expensive, but if they buy the large can of hot cocoa mix and a normal bag of flour it will last quite a while
 
HAMBURGER GOULASH
1 lb Hamburger
1 cup water
1 large can whole tomatoes ( cut up)
1 cup noodles
Lawry's seasoning salt
Brown Hamburger, dump in rest of ingredients. Cook uncovered until noodles are done.
Season with Lawrys seasoning salt to taste.
 
have the parents Pitchin together and buy them a roly cart or wagon and then they can just donate it to the house, so anyone can use it when they go to the store. Make carrying groceries easier. Just a suggestion.
