Slow cooker... garlic, onion, stock, red wine, worstershire sauce. On low all day. Rolls, butter and mash.. use left over stock for gravy mix. Can't go wrong
I cook mine while I'm sleeping put leg in roasting dish with about 1/2" of water in the bottom, sprinkle with salt and pepper cover with lid or tinfoil if no lid and put in oven @ 100-120 degrees C and you'll wake up to the smell of cooked meat, delicious
If you have a Dutch oven you can throw some balled up aluminum foil on the bottom, put the roast on top of it and then heat it for 20 minutes for each pound/ until it’s about 140*f
For an easy easy recipe you can season with garlic, onion, salt before it goes in
Wrap in foil but in tray with inch of water put in oven around 150/200 for 3/4hrs...keep topping up water if going dry ...take foil of for half hour then skin goes crispy...stick fork in and juices should run clear then you know its fully cook...can have dinners.. soup...sandwiches with leftovers
Make gyro meat from it, grind it up, season it, form it (press), slice and fry in a pan to crisp up. Put it on pita, Naan, salad, rice, or beans. Top with cheese, yogurt, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers.
Oh man. My best friends mom is high school use to make the BEST lamb legs. She gave me the recipe years ago and I was gonna post it, but am now realizing Facebook must have deleted it after some time
Slow cooker with some rosemary garlic minced up, red wine , stock , worstershire sauce and gravy powder cook all day serve it with buttery mash and rolls and veggies.
Could also rub the lamb leg in cumin powder, turmeric powder and onion powder garlic powder some tomato paste cook in slow cooker with a jar of bhuna curry sauce and some popatoes cook all day
I know you dont mean this as a joke and I hope you find a recipe that works but I gotta say it...
