Salmon Recipes and Healthy Seafood Ideas

I just sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add a few pats of butter on top with some fresh dill and lemon juice and bake it in the oven.
 
Salmon salad!! Bake salmon as usual. Salad is:
1-2 cups baby spinach
1/4 c cooked brown rice
1 c cherry tomatoes
1 c cubed cucumbers
1/4 c feta or less
2 TB Paul Newman Oil and Vinegar dressing
Best. Salad. Ever.
 
Sheet pan. Place salmon on foil. Drizzle on olive oil. Sprinkle of salt and pepper. Drizzle on maple syrup and hot honey. Cook in preheated oven at 450° for 24 minutes. Then, broil for 2 minutes. That caramelizes the glaze. This is better than any restaurant.
