Minced garlic, honey(a good amount) and a little soy sauce. Salt and pepper the fish first. Not too much salt. Then miz the other Ingredients and por over fish and brush evenly and bake. Save a little for the end to brush a little more I. The tip right before you serve. I find the skin absorbs so much of that flavor too.
We love Schwans Salmon. We bake according to package directions. We have it with rice and a veggie. I always make one extra filet and the next day I shred up the cold filet and add to top of green salad (add veggies of your choice or none) and sprinkle lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Its delicious. If you want to stretch your salmon you can shred it into the rice for dinner, either way it is healthy and tasty too.
