I used to work at Club Venison in Madison Hieghts Mi. And they used Canned potatoes they heated them in the. Liquid of the can in the oven then drained and Mashed with heavy cream and butter. Simple and good.
Make them like always and then put a block of soften cream cheese or Two depending on over 8 servings per block ! Can’t beat these creamy mashed potatoes! Beat them until whipped !

Sometimes I add a little ranch dressing to mine. Make sure you drain your potatoes well, after boiling. It is a good routine to drain them & then sit them back on a burner with the lid on to get rid of ALL the moisture, just for a minute or so,before adding your goody stuff!!!

Bag of red potatoes pealed and cubed. Boil with salt and butter. Once they’re done, drain them and put them in mixing bowl. Throw in a stick of butter and an 8oz cream cheese cut up. Pour in some evaporated milk, and season with salt and pepper. Mix it all together with your electric mixer, and Ta-Da!!!
