Tips for Cooking Boneless Pork Shoulder in Dutch Oven (No BBQ Sauce)

I use teriyaki sauce and minced garlic. Bake at 375 degrees. Until thickest part measures 145 degrees F. Let rest for 3minutes before cutting.

Chile Verde! Add some green tomatillos, an onion cilantro a jalapeno salt pepper and chicken bouillon all in a crock pot, better if you cube it so it can cook

1. Crockpot, cover with sauerkraut and cook on low. Serve with mashed potatoes
2. Crockpot, rub roast with ground sage and thyme
Cook with carrots, mushrooms, onions, and potatoes. Add just a bit of water to keep it from sticking.

Honestly, I prefer my pork cooked simply so the finished product is versatile. Just pat dry, season generously with a generic seasoning blend (think garlic and herb or similar, so you're adding flavor but no one clear cuisine, if that makes sense). And then put it in the crockpot (or dutch oven. I've just never done it that way myself). Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Cream of mushroom soap and a package of dried onion soap mix… place roast in crockpot, (fat side up), cover with soup mixture. Cook on low until it falls apart (8 hrs our so). You do not need to add water!

My secret is a crockpot recipe it's very simple and will make the house smell amazing!
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of dry pork gravy mix
Mix these all together and pour over the roast. Cook on high 4 - 6
hours. It's so tasty. I serve this with mashed potatoes, of course the gravy, a vegetable, and dinner rolls. This is awesome!
