Tips for Cooking Boneless Pork Shoulder in Dutch Oven (No BBQ Sauce)

Wrap in bacon season with salt pepper and onion powder. Cook slow on grill or in oven. If to large cut into one inch piece and cook like pork chops
 
I make a paste with brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper. Rub on on liberally. Put in your Dutch oven with some chicken broth just enough to cover the bottoms. Cook until tender.
