Put flour on chicken, stir up and if you have any loose flour add some water and mix again. There should be no loose flour in pan and chicken will look milky. It will be sticky and then fry. Good chicken
I have a question...chicken pieces, especially breast, are so big anymore. Do you guys buy a whole chicken and cut it up for uniform size or do you just but the individual parts?
This is the way I do it and it's perfect every time
Season flour
Wish eggs
Dip wet chicken in flour
Then dinning eggs
Then back in flour, completely covering chicken.
Let sit for a few minutes while the oil is heating (I use a deep frying pan)
Make sure the oil is very hot before placing chicken in pan. I reduce heat slightly while cooking somit doesn't burn
Don't over crowd pan.
Try only flipping once.
