Crock pot on high
Pot roast
1 stick unsalted butter
1 package au jus seasoning
1 package of ranch
A few pepperoncini
Cook for 4/5 hours

I put my 3 lb roast straight from the freezer into the crock pot. Add 1 can mushroom soup, 2 cans of water and a pack of knorr vegetable soup. Cook on high for 8 hours.

Crock pot, high 4-5 hrs. Maybe 6 hrs if frozen solid. I add 1 of the cans in this list: campbells beefy mushroom, beef consommé, golden mushroom, French onion soup.
You can add salt pepper garlic if you wish.

Crock pot. Mine always comes out tender and delicious. I fry up some onions, mushrooms and garlic. When done frying and the pan is nice and hot I add 1 cup of cold water. All the seasoning from the above loosen up and I dump it over the meat in the crockpot. Add a can of c of mushroom soup cover and cook 4 hrs or more on high until tender. Of course I add carrots and potatoes too.

Try rolling it in flour salt and pepper. Put oil in a skillet and brown your roast on all sides. Put it in your crock pot. Add 2cups of water. Cook it overnight on low or for 9 to 10 hrs. ( I also put 1can cream of mushroom and one package of Lipton onion soup). If you like them add them. It makes it’s own gravy.

Sear then cook in crock pot with water over the roast on low over night. Then add potatoes and carrots and cook on low until afternoon.
