Looking for Delicious Homemade Soup Recipes

Not necessarily a soup but it’s almost a thick soup consistency lol.
Crock pot chicken and dumplings.
I add three to four chicken breast to my crockpot
Then add two cans of cream of chicken soup
Then add one 32 oz container of chicken broth
One bag of mixed veggies
Let that cook on low for 4 hours
After the 4 hours take out the chicken and shred it
Return the chicken to the pot and mix well
Take a can of home style pillsbury biscuits and peel them in halves then cut each half into fours
Add to the top of your mixture in the pot and do not stir!
Put on high for one hour and then it’ll be done.
It’s a favorite for me and you can add whatever seasonings you like as well. I usually add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Brown hamburger meat with a diced onion and drain grease. Add a bag of frozen mixed veggies, a can of diced tomatoes and a small jug (I think it is 46 oz) vegetable juice. Simmer until veggies are done. You can also add any ingredients you want also. It is similar to the veggie soup we had in school. I like it with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I just made Chicken Tortellini soup for dinner!
Shredded cooked chicken breast- about 2 cups
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
3 celery stalks- chopped
3 carrots- peeled and chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 cups of chicken broth
1 family size (20oz) package tortellini- I used cheese and spinach
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
Sauté onions with oil. Add celery, carrots, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Over medium heat. Add chicken broth, bring to boil. Once at a boil, reduce heat, add chicken, cook for about 10 mins, until veggies are cooked to your liking.
While the soup is cooking, I boiled water and cooked the tortellini for 4 mins. Drain.
They both finished up around the same time, so I added the tortellini into bowls as I made them. Sprinkle parsley flakes and season with salt and pepper.
I stored the leftover tortellini and soup separately, that way I can heat up as much tortellini as I like and add it without over heating. Soooo good!

Taco soup, lasagnas soup, chicken noodle soup, vegetable soup, beer/chicken soup, sausage spinach tortellini soup, potato soup broccoli cheddar soup. There are thousands of soups. Pretty much if you wanna clean out fridge, freezer or pantry you have ingredients to make a soup.
