The reason for the post is because of the allergies that only became confirmed 2 weeks ago and mom has also been struggling with finding alternatives that a young child will like and actually eat.
My daughter also has allergies to milk, nuts, soy and peanuts so I am very careful with cross contamination and knowing what swaps for those items.
I just felt over whelmed adding in all the allergies at once and trying to make sure it wasn't plain rice and veggies. When all the big allergies is thrown together all at once I'm sure everyone can understand the whole "now what" moment that follows.
Thank you all for all the suggestions, tips and substitutions I will be trying to find them in the stores tomorrow before they get here.

Hi everyone, I've got a predicament. My God child is coming to visit this weekend and she has just been diagnosed with allergies to wheat, milk/dairy, and eggs. She is 7 and can not have any of these at all! I need help with meal ideas and recipes please. I have snack items and quick grab items she can have but it's meal times I am struggling with that don't use any of these items. I want something we can all eat and enjoy as well so she doesn't feel left out having her own special foods. Doesn't have to be cheap either just nutritional and good. Thank you all for your help!

Rice pasta, rice, veggies.
A nice beef stew would be good, use cornstarch to thicken it.
Please be careful with sauces, soy sauce has gluten.

For dairy alternative I highly recommend Violife products. They have cheese, cream cheese.... for milk, any almond or coconut is good.
I'm allergic to milk enzymes, so I generally have to stay clear of anything with that in it.

What about a stir fry? Rice, vegetable and whatever meat you like. You could also do a tray bake of chicken and taters carrots broccoli onions and peppers. Toss them all with olive oil and seasoning ms.

Fruits, veggies, and meats make good meals. Find out which of these she likes and use from that list. There are good meal choices from those categories. Gluten free pasta and a good spaghetti sauce, just leave off the cheese.
