@mille I skimmed the post, saw the list of allergies and the word snacks, and answered. That said, I have had Oreos as breakfast on multiple occasions.

Burgers.. check for allergens on buns..schar may be a good brand to check. Corn tortillas should be safe.. enchiladas or tacos. Quesadillas with dairy free cheese. Bbq chicken and baked potato.. margarine. Spaghetti with zoodles. My child had all those allergies when they were younger and I would make homemade chicken nuggets. Ground chicken and ground up Cheerios with garlic salt and pepper for the breading.. then bake or fry.

@noremorse When my son was very young he was allergic to soy, dairy, eggs, and peanuts and tree nuts. Had to come up with a lot of crazy recipes. Luckily hes now 18 and the only thing left is peanut and some tree nuts.

@techprincess my daughter is 19 and other than milk allergy from basically birth none of her other allergies appeared until she was 15. The only nut she can have is almond. Don't know why that certain one but the others and peanuts effect her breathing. She will mostlikely have them lifelong. I'm hoping my god daughter will out grow some of hers.

just be careful traditional soy sauces are made by fermenting wheat, soy and water. So depending on how bad the wheat/gluten allergy is they might not be able to eat it as soy sauce is usually not gluten free.
Tamari soy sauce is wheat free variety. Most grocery stores will carry at least one brand of tamari soy sauce.
