Tips for Cooking Boneless Pork Shoulder in Dutch Oven (No BBQ Sauce)

You can put them in a crock pot with perhaps some salt and pepper...and nothing else (including no liquid). The roasts have enough water and fat in them to create their own braising liquid. This should yield quite a bit of pulled pork, with very little added flavors. Separate the pork into individual packages and freeze. This gives quite a few menu options...carnitas, pasole, sandwiches, etc. Just thaw and season based on individual recipes.

Can of cream of mushrooms soup and a pack of liston onion soup and a can and a half of water makes its own gravy you can even trow in some carrots and baby potatoes or any veggie of your choice comes out fantastic I was the same recipe for my pot roast

I 16oz can of beer, 1-2 tsp salt, some liquid smoke, 2tsp-1Tbsp of garlic powder, 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Long and low. Shred for the best pulled Pork sandwiches.

@peddlebin just did this over the weekend. I also seasoned the pork with a sweet and smoky dry rub overnight before cooking. I ended up making a honey bbq pulled pork but the meat was excellent before the bbq

In a container large enough to cover the roast with water, add 3 cups water, garlic powder, onion powder, Season-all, and about 3 Tbsp veg oil. Mix well, then place the roast in. Add more water to cover the roast. Marinate several hours before cooking.
If you don't want to marinate, simply season with those same ingredients (minus the water and oil) or use minced garlic and sliced onion rather than the respective powders.
