I’ve been stuck on shredded chicken in the crock pot! I get the large pack of breasts from Walmart and use two at a time (so three meals for myself and my husband with leftovers). Put them in the pot and cover with Franks red hot or bbq sauce (about a cup I would guess but I just coat the crockpot) 6 hours on low and it makes great sandwiches or wraps. Add onions and Mayo for a chicken salad type recipe.
