Looking for Budget-Friendly Crockpot Recipes

Brown your beef,drain set aside.in crockpot place 1 block of Velveeta cheese,2, cans rotel,2 cans nacho cheese sauce,after melted add beef diced onions ,peppers,mushrooms,tomatoes, 2 packets of taco seasoning.then jus get your bags of chips .
 
Smoked sausage and potatoes.
1 pack smoked sausage (can add more or less depending on amount of people or personal preference)
Potatoes (can add more or less depending on amount of people or personal preference)
Chicken broth
Oil
Butter
Seasoning (whatever you like)
I add chopped onion and minced garlic to mine but not required
Add a small amount of any cooking oil to the bottom of your crockpot. Peel and chop potatoes into cubes. Cut smoked sausage in half longways then in small slices so they look like half circles. Add to crockpot. Add any seasonings you’d like. Pour about a cup of chicken broth into crockpot. Put some butter, about 4 tablespoons, around the top. Add in onions and garlic if you’d like. Cover and cook on high till potatoes are tender. You could also add canned green beans to it about halfway through cooking. Stir periodically throughout the cooking process. Family favorite of mine
 
@zobers I put it on high until potatoes are fork tender. It depends on how big of potato chunks you use. The smaller you cut the potatoes the shorter the time, the bigger they are the longer it will take.
 
Mississippi pot roast,Cheap roast, 4 peperoncini’s, 2 tablespoons of butter, ranch packet, packet of aujus,on low for 8 hours over mashed potatoes.
Green chili chicken- 4-5 chicken breasts, large can of diced green chilis, jar of salsa verde, package of cream cheese cook on low for 4.5 hours. Remove from crock pot into a bowl use a hand mixer or two forks to shred and mix. You can make these as burritos or enchiladas
 
London Broil with a can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic, a can of french onion soup and 8-12 oz of beef broth. Cook on high for 8 hours to be sure it's fall apart tender. Serve with Bob Evans mashed potatoes and a side of veggies.
