I read where you can slice them and de-seed and cook in a pot like you would stewed apples and they said you can’t tell it’s not apples it did say to add lemon juice
Zucchini slice (there is a recipe on taste.com.au) but I always add extra veg. Usually I add carrot, corn, shaved specks of broccoli and zucchini. For dessert, a choc-zuccink cake or loaf would be good.
Zucchini blueberry bread is delicious and freezes very well. I made the recipe shown last night and my family loves it. There were no leftovers. I added fresh mushrooms, minced garlic, and fresh parmigiana cheese to it. Just look for that pic on Pinterest for recipe.
