Shred and put 2 cups into each quart size freezer bag and freeze for use in zucchini bread. Cut fry size strips and dip in beer batter and fry, chop up with some yellow squash onion and peppers. I'll be honest - grilled is my favorite - wash, cut in half (I peal stripes of peal off) dab with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning of choice (garlic salt, italian seasoning, lemon pepper and salt, Mural of Flavor, etc - a splash of balsamic vinegar) then grill face down (make sure you have olive oil on them!) . Great with anything as a side dish - or to make the main meal, cube up some fresh mozzerella and basil and tomato - similar to a Caprese salad.
 
Fried zucchini is great. You can fry some mushrooms and cheese sticks and have a decent little meal. I order this at a local Steakhouse. It's better than steak to me. Lol
