If you can get to an Asian grocery store there is a noodle package in the frozen food section called Yakisoba, it mixes well with cabbage and a little cooked chicken, you can also use tofu if you want go a little healthier. It's a Japanese dish, and some regular grocery stores sell it but it tends to be much cheaper at Asian markets, so is tofu.

Eggroll in a bowl! There are hundreds of recipes out there. I have used a couple different ones, they're all pretty good. My main go to is below:
Eggroll in a bowl
1 lb. ground turkey sausage
1 sweet onion, diced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce
7 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated or “matchstick” carrots
2 green onions, thinly sliced (green and white parts)
1 cup frozen sweet peas
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional, but recommended)
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook, stirring, until no longer pink. Drain; return meat to skillet.
Add diced onion, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for 3 more minutes (until onion is tender).
Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce (optional), cabbage, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for about 8 - 10 more minutes, or until cabbage is softened, but not mushy.
Remove skillet from the heat. Stir in green onions and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
** you can add other veggies too, frozen broccoli florets, bok choy, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, purple cabbage etc.
