Meal Ideas for Child with Allergies to Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Soy, and Peanuts

Gluten-free spaghetti with pasta sauce.
Beef hamburgers with Gluten-free buns.
Tacos with plant based cheese corn tortilla chips or Gluten-free tortillas
Gluten free waffles, oatmeal, smoothies with dairy free milk.
BLT. With Gluten-free bread.
My kids like oat milk, don't forget if you use mayo to get vegan mayo

Meat, veggie, rice meals are my go to for ppl with allergies/intolerance. I just make most of my marinades myself and don't use pre-mixed seasonings.
Soy ginger chicken with rice and steamed or roasted veggies
Beef stew (if you use seasoning packets make sure there's not flour/gluten)
Salmon with rice or mashed potatoes (just use a non-dairy milk and butter for mashed potatoes)
Seasoned pork chops with veggies and rice or potatoes
I'd also like to echo what someone said above about checking with mom about how to clean to prevent cross-contamination.

@rachelpit mom is struggling as well. This was only diagnosed 2 weeks ago and the child was already a very picky eater. Nuggets and Mac n cheese or pizza was her basic lunch and dinners. Snacks were flour tortilla and cheese and bananas( the only fruit she will eat). So all of her regular goto food have been removed or aren't available allergy free at the local grocery or Walmart. The only option mom has found was plain rice/potatoes and baked meats for 2 weeks. The school even told her she needed to send a lunch daily and now she has to sit at a table where she isn't around any of those possible allergy items. The dr didn't even offer any advice or anything. Just simply said look online and don't give these items.

@frostfire there's also a dairy free cream cheese but I can't remember the brand name and pre wrapped sliced cheese as well for grilled cheese. My grandson at one point had 20 different food allergies. He's grown out of most of them. Good luck

Once you decide on menu feed it to everyone. Cooking different meals will just make her stand out and feel excluded. It is easier and less chance of cross contamination.

There are gluten free egg free dairy free pizzas at superstore. Becel also has a margarine free of all of the above. Ham, roast beef, homemade burgers my nephew has all of theses allergies he can eat wonder bread buns.

We do smoothies and a lot of different cereals. Rice crispy treats. Or I will make home made Chex mix but only use corn and rice Chex.

Any type of meats , burgers , they have lactose free cheeses , rice , veggies , fruits , tacos with corn tortillas , chickpea pastas and lentils , soups

My family does taco potatos. Baked potato topped with regular taco fillings and you can substitute cheese for vegan cheese. We started this when we suspected I had a gluten intolerance and I still eat it to this day. Very filling!
