1# cooked pasta of choice
1# burger chopped up with 1 onion and 1 green pepper chopped and browned together with seasonings of choice, drain.
2 cans stewed tomatoes chopped up rinse cans with a little water to get all the juice
1 - 11 oz can V8 juice rince can with a little water
1 can corn drained at the end, optional
Toward end add 1 stick butter or oleo
If tomatoes are sharp add a touch of sugar
Heat and serve with a few sprinkles of favorite shredded/grated cheese

Cranberry chicken. Mix a can whole berry cranberry sauce, bottle Catalina salad dressing, envelope onion soup. Pour over chicken tenders. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. A jar of jam can be used in place of cranberry sauce. BlackBerry jam is very good. I serve with mashed potatoes, corn or green beans and cinnamon applesauce. I spoon the sauce from chicken on my potatoes. So good

Put refried beans, hamburger, cheese inside and cook in pan until melted. Serve with inexpensive salsa.

1 1/2 to 2 pounds hamburger meat
1 1/2 -2 pounds hamburger meat (browned with chopped onion & green pepper & 1/2 pack Taco seasoning)
Serve with
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Corn chips or what ever kind you like
It makes a lot. You can freeze leftovers (if there are any)😊
 
I buy a bag of these and make sandwiches using hamburger buns, ranch (or mayo) cheese and lettuce.
Another meal with these is chopping up in salad.
Also just eat these with side of tater tots and veggies.
 
Salsa chicken-
Boneless skinless chicken breasts ( or thighs)
Taco seasoning
Jar of salsa
Put all the ingredients in a crockpot. Cook until done. Shred it
Serve with soft shell tacos, over rice ,or steamed veggies ( I do broccoli)

Here's an EASY recipe for the crockpot. You can vary the meats and veggies and make many meal combinations. It can be put together the night before or even q few days and set in fridge..then just set in crockpot the next morning
Complete meal in the crockpot!!
1) place 1-3lbs of meat in bottom of crockpot (steak, chicken, pork, etc) drizzle with 1/4-1/3c favorite sauce or marinade (A1, Heinz 57, lemon pepper, etc).. place a piece of aluminum foil directly on top of the sauce drizzled meat
2) take 2 pieces of aluminum foil and make a pouch of baby potatoes seasoned as desired (we like butter, salt pepper and fresh rosemary).. place this pouch directly on top of the foil covered meat
3) take 2 more pieces of aluminum foil and make a pouch of fresh veggies seasoned as desired (we like asparagus with butter and lemon, green beans with bacon butter and garlic, baby carrots with butter and fresh dill)(can also do individual wrapped ears of corn seasoned as desired).. place this pouch directly on top of the baby potato pouch
4) place lid on and lock (mine doesn't lock so I use two heavy rubber bands)
5) cook on high 6 hrs or low for 8 hrs..DO NOT REMOVE THE LID during the cooking
If you use a crockpot liner, then the only cleanup you have is the plate and utensils you used to eat with.
 
Mexican Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb velveeta cheese, regular or mexican
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes, regular or hot
1 lb spaghetti pasta
1 stick butter
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, red, chopped
1 bell pepper, green, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Boil chicken breasts in a large pot adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to water.

Remove chicken when completely done, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Boil spaghetti pasta in remaining broth according to package directions. Drain pasta after done and discard water. Set aside the pasta...Do not rinse.

Melt the butter in that same (empty) pot and saute the onion and bell pepper.

Add tomatoes, soup, cooked chicken (cut into bite-size pieces) and spaghetti to the sauteed onion mixture, one at a time, and gently mix together.

Add cheese and stir together, mixing well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat until cheese is melted thoroughly, stirring occasionally to keep from scorching.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Garnish with freshly grated Paremesan cheese and serve with a salad and hot garlic bread.
